To authenticate your Hot Toys AC 04B Venomized Iron Man Special Edition, first verify that the UPC 4895228606501 and MPN AC 04B match the markings on the packaging and the figure's base. Inspect the sculpting quality, paint application, and articulation points, as genuine Hot Toys products feature precise molding and consistent color saturation that are difficult to replicate in counterfeits. To condition-check this figure, inspect the paint application on the red and black armor for any chipping, fading, or overspray, paying close attention to the intricate webbing details and the metallic gold accents. Examine the sculpted surface for mold lines, flash, or stress marks, particularly around the joints and the repulsor tips, and verify that the included accessories and display stand are free from cracks or discoloration. Since Hot Toys 1/6th scale figures are not typically graded by major third-party services like PSA, the most reliable assessment is a detailed visual inspection of the original packaging and the figure itself for signs of age-related degradation.
