Common questions about the Adore Delano Pop! Drag Queens from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Adore Delano Pop! from the Drag Queens series is not considered rare, as it is a standard mass-produced figure released by Funko. These items are widely available through major retailers and secondary markets, meaning they do not possess the limited production numbers or exclusivity typically associated with rare collectibles.
The value of the Adore Delano Funko Pop! from the Drag Queens series fluctuates based on condition and market demand, but unopened figures typically trade in the range of $15 to $25. Because this is a niche collectible, prices can vary significantly on secondary markets like eBay, so checking recent sold listings is the most accurate way to determine current worth.
Funko does not provide a public serial number database or official authentication service for individual Pop! figures, so there is no definitive way to verify a specific unit's authenticity through the manufacturer. To assess the item, compare the figure's paint application, sculpt details, and box printing against high-resolution images of verified genuine examples, paying close attention to common counterfeit flaws like misaligned eyes, rough seams, or incorrect logos. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is likely genuine, but buying from third-party marketplaces carries a higher risk of counterfeits.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Funko Pop! figure of Adore Delano under the "Drag Queens" line with SKU 9. While Funko has produced figures for various drag performers, I cannot verify the existence or release timeline of this specific item without risking speculation.
Funko has not officially announced a discontinuation of the Adore Delano Pop! figure, meaning it is technically still in print. However, availability fluctuates significantly, and the item is frequently out of stock at major retailers like Target, Walmart, and the Funko Shop. You may need to check current inventory on Funko's website or third-party marketplaces to find a new copy, as production runs for specific Drag Queens figures can be limited.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure involves inspecting the vinyl head and body for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, with particular attention to the hair and facial features which are prone to damage. You should also verify that the figure is securely seated in its base and that the original box is free of significant dents, creases, or fading, as box condition significantly impacts value. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on a standardized rubric, though this process incurs fees and shipping time.
