Common questions about the Aggretsuko with Chainsaw Pop! Sanrio from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Aggretsuko with Chainsaw Pop! Sanrio is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released by Funko. While specific production numbers for this SKU are not publicly disclosed, the item was widely available through major retailers and is commonly found in the secondary market.
The Aggretsuko with Chainsaw Pop! Sanrio (SKU 22) is a standard production item that typically retails for approximately $10 to $12. Because it is a common, mass-produced figure, its value in the secondary market generally remains at or below the retail price, with used copies often selling for less than $10. There is no significant collector premium for this specific SKU, so it is not considered a high-value investment.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Aggretsuko with Chainsaw, verify that the box features the official Funko logo and a holographic security sticker, and check that the figure itself has a smooth, consistent plastic finish without visible mold lines or paint bleed. The base should be firmly attached and the character’s proportions should match the official Sanrio design specifications. If the packaging lacks these security features or the figure feels lightweight and poorly constructed, it is likely a counterfeit, and you can cross-reference the SKU 22 against Funko’s official product listings to confirm authenticity.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Funko Pop! Sanrio figure of Aggretsuko with a chainsaw. While Funko has produced various Aggretsuko figures, this specific variant does not appear in standard release catalogs, so I cannot provide a verified date without speculating.
The Aggretsuko with Chainsaw Pop! Sanrio (SKU 22) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a discontinued item, it can only be purchased on the secondary market, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by inspecting the vinyl for scratches, paint chips, and seam lines. Check that the chainsaw accessory is securely attached and free of damage, and verify that the figure is undamaged and in its original sealed box if you are evaluating it for resale value.
