To authenticate your Sideshow Ahsoka Tano (SKU 941071), first verify that the figure includes the standard Sideshow branding, such as the logo on the base and the specific copyright and manufacturing information printed on the packaging. Check for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct articulation points, as counterfeit figures often exhibit sloppy molding or faded colors. You can also cross-reference the SKU 941071 against Sideshow’s official product listings to confirm it matches the 2023 release specifications, though without physical inspection, I cannot definitively verify the authenticity of your specific item.

The Sideshow Collectibles Ahsoka Tano 1/4 scale statue (SKU 941071) is no longer in print and is not available to purchase new from the manufacturer. It was a limited edition release that has sold out, so acquiring a new copy now typically requires purchasing from the secondary market.
To condition-check a Sideshow Ahsoka Tano figure, begin by inspecting the paint application for any visible brush lines, pooling, or missing details, particularly on intricate areas like her lekku and blaster. Examine the sculpt for any stress fractures, hairline cracks, or discoloration, paying close attention to the joints and the tips of her lightsabers where wear is most common. If the figure was originally packaged in a display case, check the glass for scratches and ensure the internal foam supports are intact, as damage to the packaging significantly impacts the overall grade. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a third-party grading service, but a thorough visual inspection under bright, diffuse light is the standard method for determining its condition before sale.
