No, the Alex Trebek Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2019 television line, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online at the time of its launch. While individual sealed boxes may command a premium today due to the passage of time, the figure itself is a common collectible item.
The Alex Trebek Pop! Television figure (SKU 776) is a standard retail release from 2019 that typically sells for between $5 and $15 in new condition on the secondary market. Because it was a common release and not a limited edition, it does not command a premium price, and its value generally remains at or below its original retail price of $11.99.
To authenticate your Alex Trebek Pop! Television (SKU 776), verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a smooth, uniform finish and that the paint is crisp without bleeding. Check the base for the embossed Funko logo and the specific SKU number 776, which should be clearly legible. Additionally, ensure the packaging box features the correct 2019 release branding and that the figure's proportions match the standard 3.75-inch size, as deviations in weight, texture, or detail are common indicators of counterfeits.

The Alex Trebek Pop! Television (SKU 776) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface defects such as scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verifying that the head is properly seated on the body without gaps. For a formal grade, you can submit the figure to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on its physical state.
