Common questions about the Alien As Randall (Variant) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Alien As Randall (Variant) Pop! Disney with SKU 761 is considered a rare item. While variant figures often have lower production runs than standard releases, specific rarity status and production numbers for this particular SKU are not widely documented in standard collector resources.
I cannot provide a reliable current market value for the Alien As Randall (Variant) Pop! Disney (SKU 761) without access to real-time sales data, as collectible prices fluctuate based on condition and demand. To determine its worth, you should check recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or check price guides on sites such as Pop Price Guide.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person. To authenticate a Funko Pop! yourself, check the packaging for the official Funko logo, a valid UPC barcode, and a holographic sticker, and inspect the vinyl for sharp details, proper paint application, and the correct "Funko" logo on the base. If the figure appears mass-produced with poor quality control or lacks these standard packaging elements, it is likely a counterfeit.
Funko does not publicly disclose specific release dates for individual Pop! Vinyl figures, including the Alien as Randall variant. While this figure is part of the Disney Monsters, Inc. line, exact launch dates for specific variants are typically not recorded in official manufacturer archives.
Funko has discontinued the Alien As Randall (Variant) Pop! Disney figure, meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new directly from the manufacturer. This item is now considered out of print, so availability is limited to the secondary market through third-party resellers, where prices may vary significantly based on condition and demand.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, and scratches on the vinyl surface. For the Alien as Randall variant, pay particular attention to the tentacles and head, as these areas are prone to stress fractures or manufacturing flaws. If you are seeking a professional grade for resale value, the figure must be submitted to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will encapsulate the item in a tamper-evident slab after evaluating its condition on a 10-point scale.
