The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Amazing Carlos Pop! Fantastik Plastik is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2016, meaning it was widely available to the general public and is not a limited edition or exclusive item.
I cannot find reliable information regarding the market value of a specific "Amazing Carlos" Pop! from the 2016 Fantastik Plastik line, as this character does not appear in standard Funko production records for that series. Consequently, I cannot provide a factual price estimate without risking speculation.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person. To authenticate a Funko Pop! figure, you should check for the official Funko logo on the base, verify that the packaging is sealed with a holographic sticker, and compare the figure's paint application and sculpt details against high-resolution images of the official 2016 release. If the figure appears to be a third-party "Fantastik Plastik" variant, confirm that it was produced by an authorized manufacturer, as Funko has licensed its characters to other companies for specific product lines.
The Amazing Carlos Pop! Fantastik Plastik was released in 2016 by Funko.
The Amazing Carlos Pop! Fantastik Plastik is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2016 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning any new purchases would only be found through the secondary market from private sellers or third-party retailers.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, particularly on the head and hands. You should also verify that the figure is securely seated in the base and that the original box is free from significant wear, tears, or fading, as box condition significantly impacts value. While third-party grading services like PSA exist for collectibles, they are rarely used for standard Funko Pops due to the low cost of the items, so most collectors rely on visual inspection and comparing against high-resolution photos of known good examples.
