No, the Andy Dufrense Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2024 as part of their regular movie line, meaning it is widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific color variants or limited editions may have lower print runs, the standard SKU 1735 figure is a common collectible.
The value of the 2024 Andy Dufrense Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1735) is typically between $10 and $15 for a new, sealed item, based on current market listings. Prices can fluctuate slightly depending on the seller and condition, but it is generally considered a standard retail release rather than a rare collectible.
To authenticate your 2024 Andy Dufrense Pop! (SKU 1735), first verify that the figure is approximately 3.75 inches tall and features the standard Funko vinyl finish with the correct character likeness. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded "Funko" logo and the specific SKU number, 1735, which should be clearly legible. Additionally, inspect the packaging for the official Funko branding, a barcode, and a holographic seal, as counterfeit items often have poor print quality, missing logos, or incorrect proportions. If the figure lacks these specific manufacturing details or the SKU does not match, it is likely a reproduction.

To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, first inspect the vinyl for any manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or molding imperfections, paying close attention to the face and hands where flaws are most common. Next, examine the packaging, as the box is a significant component of the item's value; look for crushed corners, creases, or damage to the window. If you are seeking a formal grade for resale purposes, you would need to submit the sealed figure to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the condition of both the figure and its box.
