No, this item is not considered rare. It is a standard production release from Funko's 2023 Disney line, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. Because it is a common, non-limited edition figure, its value is typically low and comparable to other standard Pop! figures from the same year.
The value of this specific 2023 Funko Pop! set varies significantly based on whether it is new in box or opened, as well as current market demand. As a retail item, it typically sells for its original list price when new, but used copies generally trade for less than that amount. Without access to real-time sales data, I cannot provide a precise current market value, so checking recent completed listings on resale platforms is the most reliable way to determine its worth.
Funko Pop! figures are mass-produced collectibles, so authenticity is determined by verifying the item is a genuine factory-made product rather than a counterfeit. To authenticate your 2023 Ariel, Eric, Scuttle, and Ursula set, check for the official Funko logo on the packaging, ensure the plastic has a consistent texture without visible mold lines or paint bleed, and verify the box seal is intact. If the figure was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is considered authentic, as Funko does not issue individual certificates of authenticity for standard retail releases.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the 2023 Ariel, Eric, Scuttle, and Ursula Pop! Disney set is currently in print. As a 2023 release, it is likely a limited production run that has since sold out, making it difficult to purchase new from major retailers. Collectors typically need to check secondary markets like eBay or local conventions for availability.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! vinyl figures, so you cannot obtain a professional numerical grade like you would for trading cards. To condition-check the item, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verify that the head is properly aligned and the eyes are intact. Additionally, check the box for any damage, dents, or tampering, as the packaging condition significantly impacts the value of the figure.
