The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Assaultron Pop! Games figure (SKU 386) is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2018 and was widely available through major retailers. While it is now out of production, its common distribution means it does not carry the scarcity premium associated with limited-edition or exclusive variants.
The Assaultron Pop! Games figure (SKU 386) is a common collectible that typically retails for under $15 in new condition. Because it was part of a large 2018 production run, its secondary market value is generally low, often trading for less than its original retail price. Specific value can vary slightly based on condition, but it is not considered a rare or high-value item.
To authenticate your Assaultron Pop! Games figure, verify that the box features the official Funko logo and the specific SKU number 386, which corresponds to the 2018 release. Inspect the figure for high-quality paint application, proper articulation, and the correct sculpt details, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy molding or faded colors. You can also cross-reference the packaging and figure against images from reputable Funko retailers or the official Funko website to confirm authenticity.
The Assaultron Pop! Games was released in 2018 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Assaultron Pop! Games figure, so it is no longer in print or available for purchase directly from the manufacturer. Collectors seeking a new copy must rely on the secondary market, where prices often exceed the original retail value due to limited availability.
To grade a Funko Pop! Assaultron, you should first inspect the figure for common defects such as paint application errors, seam lines, or chipped plastic, noting that these items are typically sold in sealed boxes. For a formal grade, you can submit the unopened box to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the packaging condition and assign a numerical score. If the figure is already opened, grading is generally not recommended, and you should simply assess its physical condition for resale value.
