The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Baby Pop! Movies line is generally not considered rare, as it was a mass-produced series released in 2019. While specific character variants may have different production runs, the overall line was widely distributed through major retailers. Collectors typically view this series as an entry-level or mid-tier Funko product rather than a scarce item.
The value of a 2019 Funko Baby Pop! Movies figure (SKU 696) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is new in box or loose. Generally, these vintage Baby Pop! figures trade in the secondary market for approximately $15 to $30, with mint-condition sealed boxes commanding the higher end of that range. Prices can fluctuate depending on the specific movie character depicted, so checking current listings on platforms like eBay or StockX is recommended for the most accurate real-time valuation.
To authenticate your 2019 Baby Pop! Movies figure (SKU 696), first verify the box seal is intact and check that the vinyl figure matches the official product images in terms of proportions, paint application, and facial features. Inspect the base for the correct Funko logo and check the back of the box for a valid UPC barcode and copyright date of 2019. If the vinyl feels unusually light, has rough seams, or the eyes are misaligned, it is likely a counterfeit. For definitive confirmation, compare your item side-by-side with a known authentic reference or consult a certified appraiser, as visual inspection alone can sometimes miss subtle manufacturing variances.

Baby Pop! Movies figures are typically evaluated using standard collectible grading criteria, focusing on paint application, seam lines, and overall structural integrity. For a basic condition check, inspect the figure under bright light for paint chips, scuffs, or misaligned parts, and verify that the head and body connect securely. If you require a formal grade for resale or insurance purposes, submit the figure to a recognized third-party grading service such as PSA or CGC, which will assign a numerical score based on its physical state.
