It is a standard production item that was widely available through major retail channels, meaning supply was high and it is relatively easy to find new or used. Its value is primarily driven by the flocked finish rather than scarcity.

To authenticate your Baloo (Flocked) Pop! Disney (SKU 441), first verify that the box is a standard Funko Pop! box with the correct product name, SKU number, and the flocked variant designation. Inspect the vinyl figure for the signature matte, fuzzy texture of the flocked finish, which should be uniform and not flaking. Check the base for the embossed Funko logo and ensure the paint application is clean without visible brush marks or air bubbles. If the box seal is intact and the figure matches the official product images in color and proportion, it is likely authentic; however, definitive authentication often requires comparing the specific flocked texture and base details against known genuine examples.
The Baloo (Flocked) Pop! Disney, SKU 441, was released in 2017. This specific flocked variant is part of Funko's Disney collection and is often sought after by collectors for its unique texture.
The Baloo (Flocked) Pop! Disney (SKU 441) is currently out of print and no longer available to buy new from Funko. This flocked variant is considered a discontinued item, meaning it is typically only available through the secondary market or from remaining retailer stock.
To grade or condition-check a flocked Baloo Pop!, first inspect the flocking for missing patches, thinning, or fluffing, as this texture is highly susceptible to wear. Check the head for any cracks or paint chips, and verify that the eyes are intact and the figure stands level on its base. Because the flocked finish is delicate, handle the figure by the base and avoid touching the flocked surfaces with bare hands to prevent oil transfer. If the item is in mint condition with full flocking and no defects, it typically grades as a 10 or 9.5 in the Pop! grading scale.
