Common questions about the Batman Pop! Comic Covers from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Batman Pop! Comic Covers series is generally considered a common to mid-tier collectible rather than a rare item. Most figures in this 2022 series were produced in standard quantities, making them relatively easy to find on the secondary market. However, specific variants or limited edition releases within the series may have lower production numbers, but the base figures are not typically classified as rare.
The value of a Batman Pop! Comic Covers figure (SKU 05, 2022) depends heavily on its condition and whether it is still in its original sealed box. As a standard edition item, the retail price is typically around $12.00, and unopened copies generally trade near that retail value, while opened figures are worth less. Because this is a common release rather than a limited edition, its value is primarily tied to its condition and packaging integrity.
To authenticate your 2022 Batman Pop! Comic Covers (SKU 05), first verify that the box is sealed with a shrink-wrap seal and that the figure is securely mounted on a black plastic stand with a clear dome. Check the back of the box for the official Funko logo, the "Comic Covers" series branding, and a barcode that matches the SKU 05. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, sharp edges, and the correct comic cover artwork on the back, as misprints or faded colors often indicate counterfeits. If the packaging or figure details do not align with official 2022 releases, the item may be a replica.
