The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Belle (with Lumiere) Pop! Disney is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the original Disney Pop! line released in 2016, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is widely available. While specific variants like chases or limited editions may be harder to find, the standard version remains a common collectible.
The retail value for the Belle (with Lumiere) Pop! Disney figure (SKU 248) is typically between $10 and $15 for a new, sealed item. Because this is a standard, widely produced release from 2016, it does not command a significant premium in the secondary market, and loose figures generally sell for less than the sealed price.
To authenticate your 2016 Belle with Lumiere Pop! (SKU 248), verify that the box displays the official Funko logo and that the figure itself has a smooth, uniform vinyl finish without visible mold lines or excess plastic. Check the bottom of the figure for a clear, stamped "Funko" logo and the year of manufacture, which should align with the 2016 release date. Additionally, compare the color saturation and character proportions against verified images of the original release, as counterfeit versions often feature duller colors or slightly off-scale figures. If the packaging is missing or damaged, the presence of the correct SKU number and consistent paint application on the figure are your primary indicators of authenticity.

The Belle (with Lumiere) Pop! Disney, SKU 248, is currently out of print and no longer manufactured by Funko. While it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer, copies can typically be found on the secondary market through resellers, though prices may vary based on condition and demand.
To condition-check a Belle (with Lumiere) Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl surface for common defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or "angel eyes" where the eyes are not perfectly aligned. Verify that the figure is seated correctly on the base and that Lumiere is securely attached, as loose parts are a frequent issue with multi-figure variants. Check the packaging for any signs of tampering, such as lifted seals or creased cardboard, if you are evaluating a sealed item.
