The 2012 release of the Bilbo Baggins Pop! Vinyl Figure (SKU 12) is a standard production item that does not have a unique serial number or holographic authentication sticker. To verify authenticity, inspect the figure for high-quality paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit versions often feature blurry printing and poor plastic quality. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or chipped plastic, as well as verifying that the eyes are properly aligned and undamaged. You should also examine the box for any signs of wear, creasing, or fading, since the packaging is a significant component of the item's value.
