The Black Noir Pop! Television (SKU 986) is not considered rare in the secondary market. It was part of a large-scale 2021 release, and the Black Noir line was produced in high quantities, making these figures relatively common and affordable compared to limited-edition or exclusive variants.
The 2021 Black Noir Pop! Television (SKU 986) is a limited-edition vinyl figure from Funko's Black Noir line. Its value is highly dependent on condition and market demand, with sealed figures typically trading at a premium over retail. Because collectible prices fluctuate, checking current listings on secondary marketplaces like eBay or StockX will provide the most accurate real-time valuation.
To authenticate your Black Noir Pop! Television (SKU 986), first verify that the figure is made of standard vinyl with a matte black finish and that the "Television" logo on the base is crisp and properly aligned. Check the bottom of the base for the correct SKU number and the "Made in" country stamp, which should match the 2021 production run. Inspect the packaging for the official Funko logo, the correct product name, and a barcode that matches SKU 986. If the vinyl feels too light, has rough seams, or the paint is chipped or uneven, it may be a counterfeit or a damaged item.

The Black Noir Pop! Television (SKU 986) is a limited-edition item from Funko's 2021 release. As a Black Noir variant, it was produced in a smaller quantity than standard figures and is generally considered out of print. While you may still find new-in-box units on the secondary market, they are typically sold at a premium due to limited availability.
To condition-check a Black Noir Pop! Television (SKU 986), first inspect the vinyl surface for any scratches, scuffs, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the black finish which tends to show dust and fingerprints easily. Verify that the figure is seated correctly on its base and that the packaging is intact if you are evaluating a sealed box, looking for crushed corners or tape residue. For formal grading, submit the item to a recognized third-party grading service such as PSA or Beckett, which will assign a numerical grade based on the figure's physical condition relative to the original 2021 release standard.
