No, the Blackheart Pop! Games figure is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2020 and was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. Because it was not a limited edition, exclusive, or convention-specific item, its production numbers were high, making it a common collectible.
The value of a 2020 Funko Pop! Games Blackheart (SKU 616) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is still in the box. As a standard production figure from a popular franchise, it typically sells for between $10 and $25 in used condition, while a sealed, mint-in-box copy generally commands a price between $25 and $45. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand and the specific platform where the item is listed.
I cannot determine the authenticity of your specific item without a physical inspection, as counterfeit Funko Pops are common. To authenticate it, check the box for the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Games" branding, and a scannable barcode that matches the SKU 616 listing. Additionally, verify that the vinyl figure has the correct paint application, eye detail, and base markings consistent with the 2020 release.
The Blackheart Pop! Games was released in 2020 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Blackheart Pop! Games figure (SKU 616), so it is no longer in print or available to purchase new from the manufacturer. This item is now considered out of print, meaning any remaining stock is limited to third-party resellers, and prices may fluctuate based on availability.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, while also verifying that the box is free of significant damage, creases, or fading. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a third-party certification service such as Beckett, CGC, or PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on specific criteria for the figure and its packaging. Keep in mind that grading fees can be substantial relative to the market value of a standard 2020 release, so many collectors prefer to simply document the condition with high-resolution photographs.
