No, the Bob Ross (With Pea Pod The Squirrel) Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It was a standard production release by Funko in 2017 and was widely available through major retailers. Because it was produced in large quantities, it is generally easy to find in both new and used condition.
The value of a 2017 Bob Ross (With Pea Pod The Squirrel) Funko Pop! Television figure varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. While specific market prices fluctuate, these figures generally trade in the secondary market for a modest amount, typically ranging from a few dollars to under twenty dollars for loose figures, with sealed boxes commanding a higher premium. For an accurate current valuation, checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is recommended, as Funko Pop! prices are highly dynamic.
To authenticate your 2017 Bob Ross Pop! Television figure, first verify that the packaging is a sealed, undamaged box with the correct Funko branding and the specific SKU 560 printed on the bottom. Inspect the figure itself for high-quality molding, accurate paint application, and the correct inclusion of Pea Pod the Squirrel, as counterfeit versions often feature sloppy paint, misaligned parts, or missing accessories. While there is no single definitive "authenticity mark" on the vinyl itself, comparing the weight, texture, and box print quality against a known genuine example is the most reliable method for confirming its legitimacy.

The Bob Ross (With Pea Pod The Squirrel) Pop! Television figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint defects, as well as verifying that the eyes are intact and the figure is securely seated on the base. You should also examine the packaging for any signs of tampering, such as tape residue or cut corners, which can indicate the item has been opened and resealed. While professional grading services like PSA or Beckett can assign a numerical grade based on these factors, most collectors simply assess the figure's overall cosmetic quality and the integrity of the box for resale value.
