No, the 2018 LEGO Boba Fett (set 41629) is not considered rare. It was a standard retail release that was widely available for several years and is currently still produced and sold at retail. While individual sealed boxes may command a premium if they are in mint condition, the set itself is common and easily accessible for collectors.
The Boba Fett originally retailed for $9.99. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
Lego does not produce a specific Boba Fett set with SKU 41629; that number is not a recognized Lego product code. The 2018 Boba Fett minifigure was included in the 75191 Boba Fett set, so your item is likely a counterfeit or a mislabeled third-party product. To authenticate a genuine Lego piece, check for the "LEGO" logo molded into the bottom of the figure's legs and verify that the plastic has the characteristic matte finish and weight of authentic Lego ABS.

Lego set 41629, Boba Fett, is discontinued and no longer in print. It is not available to buy new from Lego or official retailers, so any new copies are likely third-party resales.
To grade a 2018 LEGO Boba Fett (set 41629), inspect the figure for common defects such as missing or chipped paint, particularly on the helmet and armor, and check for loose joints or missing small parts like the blaster. Assess the condition of the included accessories, such as the jetpack and weapons, for signs of wear, discoloration, or breakage. If the figure is in its original packaging, evaluate the box for shelf wear, creases, and the presence of the original plastic wrap, as sealed condition significantly impacts value. For a formal grade, consult a professional grading service that specializes in action figures, as LEGO minifigures are not typically graded by major toy grading companies like PSA.
