If your item claims to be a 2012 Sideshow release, it is likely a mislabeled third-party product, a counterfeit, or a figure from a different manufacturer such as Hot Toys or Star Wars: The Black Series. To authenticate the item, compare the packaging, sculpt details, and paint application against official Sideshow product images and check for the correct Sideshow logo and copyright dates on the box.

Sideshow Collectibles does not issue official grading certificates for their 1/6th scale figures, so there is no standardized numerical grading scale for this specific item. To assess its condition, you should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint transfer on the armor, hairline cracks in the plastic, and scratches on the visor. Additionally, check the articulation points for excessive play and verify that all included accessories, such as the blaster and cape, are intact and free from discoloration.
