The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Booker DeWitt (Skyhook) Pop! Games figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2015 release of the Borderlands 2 series, and it was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. While individual copies may vary in condition, the figure itself is a common collectible that is frequently found in the secondary market.
The standard retail value for the 2015 Funko Pop! Games Booker DeWitt (Skyhook) figure, SKU 64, is typically between $10 and $15 for a new, sealed item. Because this figure was part of a limited release tied to the video game *Prey*, its value in the secondary market can fluctuate based on condition and demand, but it generally does not command a significant premium over its original retail price.
You can authenticate your Funko Pop! by checking the bottom of the base for a clear, embossed "Funko" logo and the specific SKU number, which should be 64 for this figure. Verify that the packaging features the correct 2015 branding and that the vinyl figure itself has sharp, clean edges without the rough seams or paint bleed common in counterfeits. If the base lacks the proper logo or the SKU is missing, the item is likely a fake.
The Booker DeWitt (Skyhook) Pop! Games was released in 2015 by Funko.
The Booker DeWitt (Skyhook) Pop! Games figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2015 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is no longer produced or sold by the manufacturer. Collectors seeking this specific SKU must look for pre-owned copies on the secondary market.
To condition-check a 2015 Booker DeWitt (Skyhook) Pop! Games figure, first inspect the vinyl for any cracks, stress marks, or paint chips, paying close attention to the skyhook mechanism and the character's hands. Verify that the figure is fully assembled with no missing parts and that the paint is intact without smudges or fading. If you intend to submit it for professional grading, the figure must be in its original, unopened packaging, as grading services like PSA or CGC typically do not grade loose, out-of-box vinyl figures.
