Common questions about the Bored Silly Kevin Pop! Movies from Funko (2015).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Bored Silly Kevin Pop! Movies figure (SKU 166) is not considered rare. It was part of a standard mass-production run released in 2015, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces at the time. While specific variants like Chase or Glow-in-the-Dark versions may be harder to find, the standard edition remains common and easily accessible for collectors.
The value of a Bored Silly Kevin Pop! (SKU 166) varies significantly based on its condition, packaging, and current market demand. As a common 2015 release, it typically sells for a modest price, often ranging from a few dollars to around $10–$15 for a sealed figure in good condition. For the most accurate and up-to-date valuation, I recommend checking recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay.
To authenticate your Bored Silly Kevin Pop! (SKU 166), first verify that the box features the standard 2015 Funko Movies branding and that the figure itself has the correct matte finish and paint application typical of that era. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright date, which should read 2015, and ensure the packaging includes a holographic sticker and a barcode matching the SKU. While there is no single definitive test for authenticity, significant discrepancies in box print quality, font, or figure weight compared to known genuine examples are strong indicators of a counterfeit.
The Bored Silly Kevin Pop! Movies was released in 2015 by Funko.
The Bored Silly Kevin Pop! Movies figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2015 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is no longer produced or sold by the manufacturer. Collectors seeking this specific figure must look for pre-owned copies on the secondary market.
To condition-check a Bored Silly Kevin Pop! Movies, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and signs of yellowing, paying close attention to the eyes and mouth where damage is most visible. Verify that the figure is securely seated in its original box and that the window is free of cracks or significant scuffing, as box condition heavily influences value. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's overall state.
