Common questions about the Brian May Pop! Rocks from Funko (2019).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Brian May Pop! Rocks figures are not considered rare, as they were produced in standard quantities for the general market in 2019. Like most standard Funko Pop! releases, they were widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces at the time of their release. While specific variants or limited edition collaborations might be harder to find, the base figure is a common collectible item.
The Brian May Pop! Rocks figure (SKU 93) is a standard retail item that typically sells for around $10 to $12 new and $5 to $8 used, depending on condition and local market availability. As a common 2019 release, it does not command a premium price above its original retail value.
There is no record of a Funko Pop! figure named "Brian May Pop! Rocks" with SKU 93, as Brian May figures are typically associated with the Queen series and do not use that specific product name. SKU 93 in the Funko catalog generally corresponds to a different character, so you likely have a mislabeled item or are referring to a different product entirely. To authenticate a genuine Funko Pop!, verify the SKU number on the box matches the official Funko catalog, check for the Funko logo and copyright date on the base, and ensure the figure has the correct paint application and articulation for that specific character.
The Brian May Pop! Rocks was released in 2019 by Funko.
Brian May Pop! Rocks figures are generally considered out of print, as Funko typically discontinues specific character figures from licensed series once production runs are completed. While they are no longer sold new by Funko or major retailers, you may find used or sealed copies on secondary markets such as eBay or Amazon.
Pop! Rocks figures are not officially graded by major third-party authentication services like PSA or CGC, so there is no standardized numerical grading scale for them. To condition-check the item, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, paint chips, or mold seams, and verify that the figure is securely attached to the base without any loose joints. You should also check the packaging for any dents, tears, or signs of previous opening, as the box condition significantly impacts the value of the collectible.
