No, the Bugs Pop! Movies figure (SKU 413) is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-produced item from Funko's 2017 Looney Tunes collection, and while specific variants may have lower print runs, the base figure remains widely available in the secondary market.
The standard retail price for the 2017 Funko Pop! Movies Bugs Bunny (SKU 413) was typically around $12.99. As a common, mass-produced figure from a popular movie series, its current market value for a new, unopened box generally hovers between $10 and $20, depending on the seller and condition. It is not considered a rare collectible, so prices rarely exceed this range for standard units.
Authenticating a 2017 Funko Pop! requires examining the physical details, as the manufacturer does not provide individual certificates of authenticity for standard retail figures. Check the base for a clean, molded "Funko" logo and a distinct copyright line, and inspect the paint application for consistent colors and a smooth, glossy finish without visible brush strokes. The plastic should feel solid and uniform, with sharp, well-defined edges on the character's features, while counterfeit versions often exhibit cloudy plastic, misaligned parts, or sloppy paint jobs. If the figure is in its original box, verify that the box art matches official 2017 release materials and that the SKU 413 is correctly printed on the packaging.

To condition-check a 2017 Bugs Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface for any cracks, chips, or scratches, paying close attention to the ears, tail, and facial features where stress points often occur. Verify that the figure is fully sealed within its original window box with the plastic intact and no signs of tampering, as the box condition significantly impacts the item's value. If you are seeking a formal grade for insurance or resale purposes, you should submit the figure to a recognized third-party grading service, though note that standard Pop! figures are rarely graded by major agencies like PSA unless they are rare variants.
