No, the Bulbasaur Pop! Games figure (SKU 453) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item that has been released multiple times across several years, including 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024, making it widely available in the secondary market.
The value of a Bulbasaur Pop! Games figure varies significantly based on its specific release year, condition, and whether it is sealed in its original box. As a common, mass-produced item from a popular franchise, the standard retail price is typically low, often ranging from $5 to $10 for new stock. Collectors should note that because this figure has been re-released multiple times between 2019 and 2024, it does not command a premium price in the secondary market compared to limited edition or exclusive variants.
To authenticate a Bulbasaur Pop! Games figure, verify that the packaging includes the official Funko logo, a holographic sticker, and a scannable QR code that links to the Funko website. The figure itself should have a smooth, consistent paint job with sharp details, and the base should be securely attached without gaps. Be aware that SKU 453 corresponds to the standard Bulbasaur figure, so if your item is a special edition like a Chase variant, the packaging and figure details will differ from the standard release.

Condition-checking a Bulbasaur Pop! Games figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, particularly around the leaves and face. You should also verify that the eyes are intact and that the figure stands level without significant warping. For a formal grade, the figure must be submitted to a professional third-party grading service such as PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these cosmetic factors.
