Common questions about the Cady Pop! Movies from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Cady Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2024 as part of their regular movie licensing lineup. These figures are widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces, meaning they do not carry the scarcity of limited-edition or exclusive variants.
The Cady Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1703) is a standard 3.75-inch vinyl collectible from the 2024 release of the Mean Girls movie. As a common mass-market item, its value is typically equivalent to its original retail price, usually ranging between $10 and $15 when new in box. Because it is not a limited edition or exclusive variant, it does not command a premium in the secondary market.
I cannot definitively authenticate a specific physical item without visual inspection, but you can verify a genuine 2024 Cady Pop! by checking for the standard Funko branding, a clear plastic window, and a printed SKU of 1703 on the packaging. Authentic figures typically feature a matte vinyl finish with consistent paint application and a sealed box with a holographic sticker. If the packaging appears damaged, the vinyl feels unusually soft or hard, or the paint is peeling, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it to official Funko product images is recommended.

Funko does not publicly release specific print run status or real-time availability data for individual SKUs, so I cannot confirm with certainty whether the 2024 Cady Pop! (SKU 1703) is currently in print. You should check the "In Stock" status on the official Funko website or major retailers like Target, Walmart, or Amazon to determine current availability.
Condition-checking a Cady Pop! Movies figure primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, particularly around the hair and facial features. You should also verify that the figure is securely attached to its base and that the original packaging is free from significant dents, tears, or fading, as these factors significantly impact resale value. While third-party grading services exist for collectibles, they are rarely used for standard vinyl figures, so most buyers rely on high-resolution photos and detailed seller descriptions to assess condition.
