The Cake Pop! Television is not considered rare, as it was a standard production item from Funko's 2013 Cake Pop! line. It was widely available in retail stores and online during its release window. Because it was a common variant of the Cake Pop! toy, most collectors view it as an entry-level or common collectible rather than a scarce item.
The Funko Cake Pop! Television (SKU 55) is a limited-edition collectible from 2013, and its value depends heavily on condition and whether it remains in the original box. In mint, unopened condition, these items typically trade in the range of $50 to $100, while opened or damaged units generally sell for significantly less, often between $20 and $40. Exact pricing fluctuates based on current market demand, so checking recent sold listings on platforms like eBay or StockX is the most reliable way to determine its current worth.
The Cake Pop! Television is a real, limited-edition collectible produced by Funko in 2013. To authenticate your item, verify the presence of the official Funko logo and the "Cake Pop!" branding on the base, and check for the SKU 55 marking, which is typically found on the packaging or product label. Inspect the build quality, such as the smoothness of the plastic and the clarity of the screen, as counterfeit items often have rough edges or faded printing.
The Cake Pop! Television was released in 2013 by Funko.
The Cake Pop! Television is considered out of print, as it was a limited edition release from 2013. While it is no longer produced by Funko, new stock occasionally appears on the secondary market through resellers.
Because Cake Pop! Television is a mass-produced vinyl figure, it is not typically submitted to major grading services like PSA or Beckett, which primarily handle trading cards and coins. To condition-check the item, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or discoloration, and verify that the base is intact and the figure stands level. Check the packaging for creases, tears, or fading, as the box condition significantly impacts resale value. If the figure is loose or the box is damaged, note these defects clearly, as they are the primary factors affecting market price.
