The value of a Captain Picard Pop! Television figure varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is sealed in the box, and current market demand. As a standard 2015 release, it is generally considered a common item, with used copies typically trading for a few dollars while sealed versions may command a modest premium. For the most accurate and current valuation, you should check recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay.
To authenticate your Captain Picard Pop! Television (SKU 188), verify that the box features the standard Funko branding and that the figure itself has the correct paint application, particularly on the uniform details and facial features. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright stamp that reads "© & ™ 2015 Paramount" or similar, as counterfeit items often lack this or have poorly stamped text. Additionally, ensure the plastic has the characteristic Funko matte finish and that the eyes are properly aligned, as fakes frequently exhibit glossy surfaces or misaligned parts.

The Captain Picard Pop! Television (SKU 188) is out of print and is no longer available to purchase new from Funko. This figure was part of the original Star Trek: The Next Generation wave released in 2015, and Funko has not reissued this specific SKU in its standard retail line. Collectors seeking a new copy must rely on third-party resellers, where prices are typically significantly higher than the original retail value.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint chips, scratches, or misaligned parts. Pay close attention to the head, hands, and base, as these areas are prone to wear, and verify that the figure is securely seated within its window box if you are evaluating a sealed product. For high-value transactions, it is often recommended to request multiple high-resolution photos from the seller to document the specific condition of the item before purchase.
