Sideshow Collectibles does not issue official grading certificates for their 1/6th scale figures, so you must evaluate the condition yourself by inspecting the paint, sculpt details, and articulation points for wear, scratches, or stress fractures. Pay close attention to the helmet and armor plating, as these areas are prone to chipping, and verify that all included accessories and the display base are intact and free from yellowing. If you require a third-party valuation, you can submit the figure to a general toy grading service, but be aware that most major grading companies do not have specific standards for Sideshow figures, making the grade less standardized than for trading cards.
