The LEGO Captain Rex Helmet (set 75349) was released in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The Mandalorian line. To authenticate your item, verify that the box displays the correct set number 75349 and check that the plastic parts feature the standard LEGO mold quality and the "LEGO" logo on the studs. Examine the packaging for the official LEGO logo, the set number, and the "Made in" country of origin, and ensure the helmet's paint and decals match the official product images. If the box is missing or damaged, compare the physical parts against the official LEGO product page or a known genuine example to confirm the color and shape of the helmet's distinctive ridges and visor.

To grade a Captain Rex Helmet, inspect the clear plastic visor for scratches, cloudiness, or cracks, as this is the most common point of wear. Check the black and red plastic components for fading, chipping, or discoloration, and verify that the helmet's structural integrity is intact with no loose or missing pieces. Since this is a 2023 release, look for signs of storage damage such as yellowing or dust accumulation, and ensure the original box and instruction manual are present and in good condition if you are evaluating the set as a complete unit.
