Common questions about the Carl & Ellie - Young Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Carl & Ellie - Young Pop! is a standard production item from the Disney Movie Moments series and is not considered rare. It was widely distributed through major retailers and Funko's own channels, making it relatively easy to find in new condition. While specific exclusive variants may have limited availability, the base figure remains a common collectible.
The value of a Carl & Ellie - Young Pop! Disney figure varies significantly based on condition, packaging, and current market demand. As a standard retail release, it typically sells for a modest price, often ranging from $5 to $15 for loose figures and slightly more if sealed in its original box. Because Funko Pop! values fluctuate with trends and availability, checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or StockX is the most reliable way to determine its exact current worth.
There is no widely recognized Funko Pop! figure specifically titled "Carl & Ellie - Young," which suggests the item may be a misidentified standard release, a third-party replica, or a custom paint job. To authenticate a genuine Funko, check the base for a clean, molded logo, verify that the paint is crisp without bleeding, and confirm the packaging includes a holographic sticker and a scannable QR code. If the item lacks these standard manufacturing details or the branding appears off, it is likely not an authentic product from Funko.
I cannot find reliable information confirming the specific release date for the Carl & Ellie - Young Pop! Disney figure.
The Carl & Ellie - Young Pop! Disney figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It is a discontinued item that can only be found on the secondary market, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or chipped edges, while also verifying that the head is properly seated on the body. You should examine the packaging for any signs of damage, including crushed corners, torn plastic, or faded printing, as these factors significantly impact resale value. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and box's overall condition.
