No, the CeCe Parekh Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the *The Good Place* series released in 2018, and it was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While sealed copies may command a premium over loose ones, the figure itself is not a limited edition or exclusive variant.
The value of a CeCe Parekh Pop! Television figure (SKU 710) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. As a standard production item from 2018, it is not a rare collectible, and loose figures typically sell for a few dollars, while sealed boxes generally range from $5 to $15 on the secondary market. Prices can fluctuate based on current demand for the *Cobra Kai* franchise and the specific state of the packaging.
To authenticate your CeCe Parekh Pop! Television figure, verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko logo and that the figure itself has the correct SKU number 710 printed on the base. Check for consistent paint application, proper eye alignment, and the specific facial features of the character, as counterfeit figures often exhibit sloppy detailing or incorrect proportions. If the packaging appears worn, the box lacks a holographic sticker, or the figure feels lightweight compared to the standard vinyl density, it may be a replica.

To grade a CeCe Parekh Pop! Television, you should first inspect the vinyl for any manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or surface scratches. Check the figure's articulation and ensure the head and hands are securely attached, as loose parts are common issues with this series.
