The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Cher (Farewell Tour) Pop! Rocks is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2023 Pop! Rocks line, which was widely available in retail stores and online during that period. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive release, it is generally easy to find and does not carry a premium value compared to common stock items.
The Cher (Farewell Tour) Pop! Rocks is a standard retail Funko product that typically sells for its original retail price of approximately $12.99 to $14.99. As a mass-produced item without a limited production run, it does not command a significant premium in the secondary market, and its value generally remains at or below retail unless sold in a sealed, unopened display box.
To authenticate your Cher (Farewell Tour) Pop! Rocks, first verify that the packaging displays the correct SKU 385 and the 2023 release year. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp molding details, and the official Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or poor color matching. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, keeping the original receipt serves as the most reliable proof of authenticity, though Funko does not offer a formal certification service for individual figures.
The Cher (Farewell Tour) Pop! Rocks was released in 2023 by Funko.
Funko has not officially announced a discontinuation of the Cher (Farewell Tour) Pop! Rocks, so the item is technically still in print. However, availability fluctuates significantly, and the figure is frequently out of stock on major retail sites. Collectors should check Funko's official website and authorized retailers regularly, as restocks are unpredictable and the item may eventually become a limited release if production ceases.
To grade a Cher (Farewell Tour) Pop! Rocks, you should inspect the vinyl figure for any mold lines, paint overspray, or surface scratches, and verify that the packaging is free from creases, tears, or significant wear. If you are seeking a professional certification, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical grade based on the condition of both the figure and its box. For casual collection purposes, checking the item against high-resolution photos of a known perfect example is the most practical method for assessing its condition.
