Common questions about the Cher Pop! Rocks from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Funko Pop! Rocks are generally mass-produced items intended for casual consumption, so they are not considered rare in the traditional collectible sense. While specific variants may have lower print runs, the standard Cher Pop! Rock is widely available and does not carry the scarcity value associated with limited-edition vinyl figures.
Funko Pop! Rocks are typically sold as inexpensive, mass-produced collectibles, and the Cher figure (SKU 340) is generally valued at its original retail price of around $5 to $10 if unopened. Because these items were produced in large quantities for a specific promotional period, they do not command a premium in the secondary market, and opened figures usually have little to no resale value.
To authenticate your Cher Pop! Rocks figure, first verify that the SKU 340 and 2023 release date align with the official Funko Pop! Rocks catalog. Inspect the physical item for high-quality molding, accurate paint application, and the distinct "rocks" texture on the base, which distinguishes this line from standard vinyl figures. Check the packaging for the official Funko logo, a scannable QR code, and a holographic sticker, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or missing security features. If the item lacks these specific production details, it is likely a replica.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Cher Pop! Rocks (SKU 340) is currently in print or available for purchase as new stock. Funko frequently discontinues specific Pop! Rocks figures once their production runs are exhausted, and without a verified current inventory listing from an authorized retailer, it is not possible to confirm its active availability.
Grading a Cher Pop! Rocks figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and mold lines, while verifying that the pop rock candy accessory is intact and uncrushed. Because Pop! Rocks are small, mass-produced items, they are rarely submitted to professional grading services like PSA or Beckett, which typically reserve their services for higher-value collectibles. For most buyers, a simple visual inspection of the figure and its packaging for shipping damage is sufficient to determine its condition.
