I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person. To authenticate a Funko Chubby Pop! I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Chubby Pop! Movies (SKU 1622) is currently in print or available to buy new. Funko frequently discontinues specific vinyl figures, and availability for this particular item may be limited to secondary market sellers.
Condition-checking a Chubby Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, as the exaggerated proportions make minor imperfections more visible than on standard figures. You should also verify that the eyes are intact and free of clouding, and ensure the figure is securely seated in its original box without any damage to the packaging. Since Chubby Pops are generally not graded by major third-party services like PSA or CGC, their value is determined by the condition of the figure and box as a complete set.
