No, the Chunk Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the 2021 release wave and was widely available through major retail channels. While specific variants like Chase editions may have lower production numbers, the standard SKU 1066 is a common collectible.
There is no reliable market data indicating that a "Chunk" variant of the Funko Pop! Movies series exists for the 2021 release year. Because I cannot verify the existence of this specific item or SKU 1066 within that series, I cannot provide a valuation.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Movies Chunk figure, first verify that the SKU 1066 is printed on the bottom of the box and that the packaging displays the official Funko logo and copyright notices. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp molding details, and the correct proportion of the character's head to body, as counterfeits often feature blurry printing or misaligned eyes. You can also cross-reference the box art and product description against Funko’s official website or reputable collector databases to ensure the item matches the 2021 release specifications. If the packaging feels flimsy, the cardboard is thin, or the figure lacks the standard Funko quality control, it is likely a reproduction.
The Chunk Pop! Movies was released in 2021 by Funko.
The Chunk Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1066) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko or major retail partners. It is a 2021 release that has been discontinued, meaning new stock is no longer produced. Collectors seeking this item must look for used or pre-owned copies on the secondary market.
Chunk Pop! Movies figures are generally evaluated based on the condition of their vinyl bodies, including checking for scratches, scuffs, or paint transfer, as well as the integrity of the packaging. For standard retail figures, a visual inspection of the box for crushing, tears, or window damage is sufficient, while the figure itself should be examined for any manufacturing defects like seam lines or misaligned parts. If you require a formal grade for resale value, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service, though this is less common for standard movie releases compared to rare or limited editions.
