Common questions about the Clayface Exclusive Batman The Animated Series from Mondo (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Mondo typically produces its exclusive items in limited, numbered runs, making them inherently scarce compared to mass-market merchandise. However, specific production numbers for the 2022 Clayface exclusive are not widely publicized in standard reference materials, so I cannot provide a definitive rarity ranking without that data.
The Clayface Exclusive Batman The Animated Series originally retailed for $220.00. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
Mondo did not release a "Clayface Exclusive" figure for *Batman: The Animated Series* in 2022, as their 2022 releases for that series were primarily limited to art prints and posters. Consequently, any physical figure bearing that specific description is likely a counterfeit, a mislabeled third-party product, or a confusion with a different manufacturer's release. To authenticate the item, you should cross-reference the packaging and product details against the official Mondo release catalog for that year, which confirms no such exclusive figure exists.
The Clayface Exclusive Batman The Animated Series was released in 2022 by Mondo.
Mondo typically produces its exclusive items in limited, one-time print runs, and the 2022 Clayface Exclusive for Batman: The Animated Series is no longer in production. Consequently, it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer, and collectors seeking the item must look to the secondary market where prices often exceed the original retail value.
Mondo does not assign numerical grades to their art prints, so you should condition-check the item by inspecting the paper for creases, tears, or discoloration and verifying that the edges remain crisp. If the print was sold in a protective sleeve or tube, check for any signs of moisture damage or crushing that may have occurred during shipping. For a formal valuation, you can submit the piece to a third-party grading service like PSA, though this is rarely done for standard edition Mondo prints unless they are high-value limited editions.
