The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Hot Toys CMS 13 War Machine is a limited edition or rare variant. It appears to be a standard production figure, so its scarcity is likely comparable to other regular Hot Toys releases rather than being a special collector's item.

I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person, as I do not have access to your product. To authenticate a Hot Toys 1/6th scale figure, you should inspect the packaging for high-quality printing and the official Hot Toys logo, check the figure's paint application for consistency, and verify that the included accessories match the official product specifications. Additionally, you can cross-reference the SKU and UPC against Hot Toys' official catalog or reputable collector databases to confirm that the product codes correspond to a legitimate release.
