Sideshow Collectibles produced the Commander Cody figure as part of their 2011 Star Wars: The Clone Wars line, which was a standard retail release rather than a limited edition. Because it was widely available in stores and online at the time, it is not considered rare, and copies are generally easy to find on the secondary market.
The Commander Cody (212th Attack Battalion) originally retailed for $124.99. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
Sideshow Collectibles did not produce a standalone Commander Cody figure in 2011; the company released a 1/6 scale Imperial Officer figure in 2011 that is often confused with this character, while the 212nd Attack Battalion line was primarily associated with Hasbro’s Star Wars: The Clone Wars series. If your item is labeled as a Sideshow product from that year, it is likely a misidentified Imperial Officer or a counterfeit, as no official Sideshow Commander Cody release matches that specific description. To authenticate the item, you should verify the packaging against Sideshow’s official release archives and inspect the sculpt quality and paint application, which are common indicators of counterfeits in the 1/6 scale market.
The Commander Cody (212th Attack Battalion) was released in 2011 by Sideshow Collectibles.
The Sideshow Collectibles Commander Cody (212th Attack Battalion) figure from 2011 is out of print and no longer available to purchase new from the manufacturer. It is currently only obtainable through the secondary market, such as online resale platforms or private collectors.
Sideshow Collectibles does not officially grade its own figures, so you should submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA for a standardized condition assessment. When inspecting it yourself, check for common issues such as paint wear on the helmet and uniform, stress marks on the plastic, and the condition of the included accessories like the blaster and stand. Note that the 2011 release is a vintage figure, so minor scuffs or discoloration are expected, and any significant damage will lower its value.
