Sideshow Collectibles produced a 1/6 scale Commander Gree figure in 2011 as part of their Star Wars line, so the item is a legitimate product of that manufacturer. To authenticate it, verify that the packaging features the Sideshow Collectibles logo and the specific 2011 release details, and inspect the figure for high-quality sculpting, painted details, and the correct articulation points typical of their 1/6 scale line. If the item lacks these manufacturing hallmarks or appears to be a low-quality reproduction, it is likely a counterfeit.

To grade the Sideshow Commander Gree figure, you should submit it to a professional third-party grading service such as Beckett Grading Services (BGS) or Professional Grading Services (PGS), which will evaluate the paint, sculpt, and packaging to assign a numerical score. For a self-assessment, inspect the figure under bright light for paint chips, scuffs, or scratches, and check the packaging for signs of wear, creasing, or damage to the window. If the figure is in its original box, verify that the box is square and the window is intact, as these factors significantly impact its collectible value.
