The Commander Neyo figure from Sideshow Collectibles is not considered rare, as it was produced in a standard mass-production run for the general public in 2012. Unlike limited-edition statues, this item was widely available through major retailers and Sideshow's own distribution channels, making it relatively easy to find in the secondary market today.

Sideshow Collectibles did not release a Commander Neyo figure in 2012, as the character did not appear in the Star Wars canon until the 2015 film *Star Wars: The Force Awakens*. Consequently, any item labeled as a 2012 Sideshow release of this character is not a genuine product from that manufacturer and year. You should treat the item as a counterfeit or a mislabeled third-party creation, and there is no official authentication process for a product that does not exist in the company's historical catalog.

The Commander Neyo (91st Reconnaissance Corps) figure by Sideshow Collectibles is out of print and no longer available to purchase new directly from the manufacturer. It was released as a limited edition item in 2012, and Sideshow does not typically reissue specific Star Wars: The Clone Wars figures once they have sold out. Collectors seeking a new copy must look for unopened stock on the secondary market, such as eBay or specialized toy resellers, where prices are often significantly higher than the original retail value.
Sideshow Collectibles does not officially grade their own products, so you should rely on third-party grading services like PSA, CGC, or Beckett for a certified condition assessment. When inspecting the figure yourself, check for common issues such as paint transfer on the fabric uniform, scratches on the plastic components, and the integrity of the display stand and accessories. If you are seeking a formal grade, note that most major grading companies require the figure to be in its original packaging, as they typically do not grade loose action figures.
