No, the Conan as Pennywise Pop! is not considered rare. It was a standard production figure released in 2019 as part of the regular Conan the Barbarian line, meaning it was widely available through major retailers and has a large production run. While specific variants like chases or exclusives may be harder to find, the standard SKU 28 figure is common in the secondary market.
The 2019 Funko Pop! Conan #28, which depicts the character in a Pennywise-style costume, is a standard retail item that typically sells for between $10 and $15 in new condition on the secondary market. Its value is generally lower than the base Conan figures due to the specific costume design, and prices can fluctuate slightly based on the condition of the box and the current demand for horror-themed variants.
To authenticate your 2019 Conan as Pennywise Pop! (SKU 28), first verify that the box is sealed with the correct Funko branding and that the figure itself features the standard high-quality vinyl molding typical of the line. Check the bottom of the figure for a clear, legible copyright stamp that reads "© Funko" along with the year 2019. If the paint application is sloppy, the plastic feels brittle, or the copyright stamp is missing or illegible, the item is likely a counterfeit. For definitive confirmation, you can compare the specific details of your figure against verified listings on secondary marketplaces or contact Funko directly with photos for an official appraisal.

To grade a Conan as Pennywise Pop! Conan, you should submit the figure to a professional third-party grading service such as CGC Pop Grading, which will evaluate the item and assign a numerical score based on its condition. For a self-assessment, inspect the vinyl surface under bright light for scratches, scuffs, or paint imperfections, and verify that the figure is securely seated within its original box with the window intact. If the figure has been removed from the packaging, its value and grade potential will be significantly lower, as sealed boxes are the standard for high-grade submissions.
