Common questions about the Cornelius Pop! Movies from Funko (2013).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Cornelius Pop! Movies figure (SKU 26) is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release from Funko’s 2013 lineup, meaning large quantities were manufactured and distributed. While sealed copies may command a premium over loose ones due to age, the item itself is widely available in the secondary market.
The Cornelius Pop! Movies figure (SKU 26) is a common item from Funko's 2013 release, and its value is primarily determined by its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box. In the current secondary market, unopened copies typically sell for between $10 and $20, while loose figures generally fetch significantly less, often under $5. Prices can fluctuate based on seller location and shipping costs, so checking recent sold listings on platforms like eBay provides the most accurate real-time valuation.
To authenticate your Cornelius Pop! Movies figure, verify that the box displays the official Funko logo and the correct SKU number 26, and check that the figure itself has the characteristic vinyl sheen and consistent paint application typical of the 2013 production run. While Funko did not include unique serial numbers on standard figures from this era, you can confirm authenticity by comparing the packaging details and figure dimensions against known genuine examples, noting that counterfeit versions often feature poor paint quality, misaligned eyes, or incorrect box printing. If the item lacks the Funko branding or the box appears to be a generic reproduction, it is likely a fake.

The Cornelius Pop! Movies figure (SKU 26) is considered out of print and is no longer available to purchase new from Funko. As a 2013 release, it is a discontinued item that can typically only be found on the secondary market.
To grade a Cornelius Pop! Movies figure, you should inspect the vinyl surface for common defects such as mold lines, flash, or paint imperfections, and verify that the figure is intact with no cracks or missing parts. Since Funko Pop! figures are generally not graded by major third-party companies like PSA or Beckett for individual units, condition is typically assessed visually by collectors using a scale from Mint to Poor. You can compare your specific figure against high-resolution images of a known perfect example to identify any deviations in color, shape, or finish.
