The Cowardly Lion Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1515) is not considered rare, as it is a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2024 catalog. It is widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces, meaning it does not possess the limited production numbers or exclusivity status typically associated with rare collectibles.
The retail value of the 2024 Funko Pop! Movies Cowardly Lion (SKU 1515) is typically around $12.99 to $14.99. As a recent release, its secondary market price generally hovers near or slightly below retail, ranging from $8 to $15 depending on current local stock availability and condition.
To authenticate your 2024 Funko Pop! Cowardly Lion (SKU 1515), verify that the box is sealed with the correct SKU and that the figure itself features the standard glossy finish and accurate sculpt details consistent with the official 2024 release. Check the bottom of the figure for the molded "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is clean without significant bleeding or misalignment. Since Funko does not provide individual serial numbers for standard vinyl figures, authentication relies on matching the physical product against official manufacturer images and confirming the packaging integrity.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the 2024 Cowardly Lion Pop! Movies (SKU 1515) is currently in print or available for purchase as a new item. Funko frequently rotates its inventory, and specific 2024 releases often become discontinued once initial stock sells out. You should check current listings on Funko’s official website or major retailers to verify its immediate availability.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl surface under bright light for any mold lines, paint imperfections, or scuffs, and verify that the head is properly seated on the body without gaps. Check the box for any damage, such as creases or tears, and confirm that the window is clean and free of scratches, as these factors significantly impact resale value. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the figure to a professional grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on its physical condition.
