No, the Cruella de Vil Pop! Disney (SKU 1083) is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production figure released in 2022 as part of Funko's regular Disney catalog, meaning it was widely available through major retailers and is not a limited edition or exclusive variant.
The Cruella de Vil Pop! Disney (SKU 1083) typically retails for approximately $12.99 USD, which serves as the baseline for its value. As a standard production figure from 2022, it does not command a premium in the secondary market, and used copies generally sell for at or below the original retail price.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Cruella de Vil (SKU 1083), first verify that the box is sealed with the correct Funko branding and that the figure's paint application is clean without visible brush marks or air bubbles. Check that the plastic is smooth and uniform, as counterfeit figures often feature rough seams, misaligned eyes, or a lack of the distinct Funko logo on the base. You can also cross-reference the SKU on the box against official Funko product listings to ensure the packaging matches the 2022 release specifications. If the figure feels lightweight or the colors appear faded compared to official images, it is likely a replica.

Funko has discontinued the Cruella de Vil Pop! Disney (SKU 1083), meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new directly from the manufacturer. While the item is not available for new purchase, it may occasionally appear on the secondary market through resellers, though stock levels and prices are subject to fluctuation.
To condition-check a Cruella de Vil Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verify that the box is free from significant dents, creases, or fading. For a formal grade, send the item to a third-party authentication service such as PSA, which will evaluate the figure and its packaging on a 1-10 scale based on specific defect criteria. Note that Funko Pops are generally not graded by traditional trading card companies, so specialized toy grading services are the standard for establishing market value.
