No, the Cyberdemon 6" Pop! Games is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2016 Doom collaboration that was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. Because it was part of a large-scale release rather than a limited edition, it remains relatively common and affordable in the secondary market.
The Cyberdemon 6" Pop! Games (SKU 90) is a common collectible from the 2016 release, and its value is typically low. In mint condition in the box, it generally sells for between $5 and $15, while loose copies often trade for less than $5. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on current market demand, but it is not considered a rare or high-value item.
You can authenticate your Cyberdemon Pop! by checking the bottom of the figure for a printed SKU number that matches 90, along with the Funko logo and country of origin. Examine the paint application and seam lines, as genuine 2016 releases typically feature clean, consistent molding without excessive flash or misaligned parts. If the figure lacks these specific markings or shows signs of poor quality control, it may be a counterfeit, and consulting a Funko authentication service or comparing it to verified photos of the original release is recommended.
The Cyberdemon 6" Pop! Games was released in 2016 by Funko.
The Cyberdemon 6" Pop! Games figure (SKU 90) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2016 release, it has been discontinued, meaning new stock is no longer produced or sold through official channels. Collectors seeking this item must look for used copies on the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, hairline cracks, or misaligned eyes, and verifying that the head is properly seated on the body. You should also examine the acrylic base for scuffs, cracks, or yellowing, as well as the box for any creases, tears, or fading that would lower its value. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the unopened box to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the box's cosmetic condition.
