Lego does not produce a specific "Darth Vader" minifigure set with the SKU 75111, as this number is not a recognized official Lego product identifier for that character. Authenticating a Lego item requires verifying the presence of the Lego logo, a valid product number, and a "Made in" country code on the packaging, along with checking the quality of the plastic and printing on the minifigure itself. Since the provided SKU does not correspond to a known 2015 Darth Vader release, you should verify the item against official Lego product databases or consult a certified authentication service to determine its legitimacy.

Lego set 75111, Darth Vader, was retired in 2016 and is no longer in print. It is not available for purchase as a new, sealed set directly from Lego or major retail channels. Collectors seeking this specific set must look to the secondary market, such as eBay or specialized Lego resellers, where prices are typically significantly higher than the original retail value.
For LEGO minifigures like the Darth Vader from set 75111, grading is typically done by visual inspection rather than professional third-party services, which generally do not grade individual minifigures. You should check the head and torso for discoloration, hairline cracks, or "yellowing," and inspect the helmet and cape for any stress marks or damage. Ensure the printed details on the torso and helmet are crisp and that the cape is not stretched or torn, as these factors most significantly impact the item's value.
