The Darth Vader im Urlaubs-Outfit Schlüsselleuchte (SKU 5010232) is not considered rare, as it is a standard mass-produced accessory often included in sets or sold as a standalone item. It is a common collectible with a steady production run, meaning it is generally easy to find in new condition.

Authenticating a Lego keychain like the Darth Vader im Urlaubs-Outfit (SKU 5010232) involves checking for high-quality molding, crisp printing, and the presence of the official Lego logo on the packaging or the item itself. Genuine Lego accessories typically feature smooth plastic without visible flash lines and have a solid, consistent feel. If the item lacks official Lego branding, has poor paint quality, or the packaging appears generic, it is likely a third-party replica. For definitive verification, comparing the item side-by-side with a known authentic example from a reputable retailer is the most reliable method.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Lego Darth Vader "vacation outfit" key light with SKU 5010232. This item does not appear in standard Lego product databases, and the description suggests it may be a third-party accessory or a misidentified product rather than an official Lego release.
The LEGO Darth Vader im Urlaubs-Outfit Schlüsselleuchte (SKU 5010232) is a discontinued product and is no longer in print. It is not available to buy new directly from LEGO, and current availability is limited to the secondary market through third-party resellers.
This item is a mass-produced plastic keychain accessory, not a collectible card or coin, so it does not have a standardized third-party grading scale like PSA or BGS. To assess its condition, you should inspect the plastic for any cracks, discoloration, or fading, and verify that the metal keyring is intact and not bent. Additionally, check the internal LED mechanism to ensure it functions properly and that the battery compartment is free of corrosion.
