Sideshow Collectibles did not release a "Sith Apprentice" Darth Vader figure in 2006, as that specific product line and character designation do not align with the company's known catalog from that period. The most prominent 2006 Darth Vader release from Sideshow was the 1/4 scale "Darth Vader" figure, which is distinct from the "Sith Apprentice" branding. Because the specific item described does not match verified manufacturer records, you should treat it with caution and consult a professional authentication service or compare it against documented Sideshow 2006 releases to determine its origin.

The 2006 Sideshow Collectibles Darth Vader (Sith Apprentice) is out of print and no longer available for purchase as a new item from the manufacturer. This figure is part of Sideshow's original 1/6th scale Star Wars line and is currently only available on the secondary market through third-party resellers.
Sideshow Collectibles does not issue official condition grades for their statues, so you must assess the item yourself against the original retail packaging and any included accessories. Inspect the sculpt for paint chips, scratches, or stress cracks, paying close attention to high-stress areas like the lightsaber hilt, the cape, and the feet. Verify that all included parts, such as the base and any interchangeable elements, are present and undamaged, as missing components significantly impact the item's value.
