The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The David de Gea Pop! Football figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released by Funko in 2018. These figures were widely available through major retailers and convention exclusives during that period, making them common finds in the secondary market.
The David de Gea Pop! Football figure from 2018 is a common mass-produced item that typically sells for between $5 and $15 in the secondary market. Its value is generally low because it was released in large quantities and is not a rare or limited edition variant. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on the condition of the figure and its packaging, but it is not considered a high-value collectible.
To authenticate your 2018 David de Gea Pop! Football, verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a smooth, consistent finish and that the box displays the standard Funko logo and copyright information. Check for the specific SKU 01 on the packaging and ensure the figure's paint application is clean without excessive bleeding, which is common in genuine production runs. If the item appears to be a 3D print, has a plastic-like sheen, or lacks the proper Funko branding on the base and box, it is likely a counterfeit.

The David de Gea Pop! Football (2018) is no longer in print and is not available for purchase as a new item from Funko. This figure was part of a limited production run and has since been discontinued, meaning it is now only available through the secondary market from third-party sellers.
To grade a David de Gea Pop! Football, you should submit the figure to a professional third-party grading service such as PSA, Beckett, or CGC, which will evaluate the item's condition on a 10-point scale and encapsulate it in a tamper-evident case. For a self-assessment, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verify that the figure is complete with its original box and any included accessories. Be aware that the specific 2018 release with SKU 01 is a standard production item, so its value is primarily driven by its condition and the presence of original packaging.
